Thirty two years ago in November, a seed was planted in a young exchange students head form the USA. This was the date when Danny O’Neill picked his first coffee beans in the mountains of Costa Rica. He fell in love with the country, the people and especially the coffee while study abroad. The Roasterie is unique in production of coffee. They buy beans from small speciality farmers for a fair price. The beans are roasted by a convection air-roasting method to ensure the superior taste and consistency, offering a smooth cup of coffee.
