What’s new at the zoo? A new polar bear exhibit has opened in 2010 at the zoo and getting great reviews. The zoo has been undergoing renovation the last couple of years, and is well on its way to becoming a dstination zoo. Take good walking shoes when going, as the zoo covers a vast space, is hilly and can be somewhat exhausting, if not prepared. New exhibits will include penguins.
